RETAIL STOCK ITEMS

  • If your order is in stock we aim to despatch within one business day.

  • Standard delivery is usually 2-3 working days. We don’t work at the weekends, sorry!

  • In a hurry - get in touch and we will see what is possible or choose special delivery as your postage option.

  • For special delivery, orders must be placed by 1pm for delivery next day. Please remember we aren’t at work on Saturday so an order placed over the weekend won’t be with you until Tuesday at the earliest!

  • For out of stock items, let us know you are interested and we will let you know when they will be back in stock.

  • We rely on our postal services once your order is on its way, sometimes at busy times of the year it may take longer to get your order. We provide you with tracking references so you have all the information at your fingertips but if you are unsure where your order is please do get in touch.

BESPOKE AND CUSTOM ITEMS

  • Lead time on customised items is around 4 weeks from confirmed order.

  • Always remember that lead times for custom made items are estimates and can not be guaranteed due to unforeseen or unavoidable variables delaying production.

  • If you have a deadline for a custom order, speak to us and we will try our best to achieve it for you.

SALES TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UK

  • If your order is in stock we aim to despatch within one business day.

  • Shipping will be via a tracked and signed for service - unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a delivery date.

  • Following the UK's exit from the EU on 31 December 2020, we are now operating within the new EU-UK trade agreement.  No UK VAT will be charged on any order for customers in the EU.  

  • For all sales outside the UK import VAT and customs duties may be incurred by the destination country; these charges will be payable by the customer direct via the shipping courier.
