Our simple custom order process

1: Request your custom order

Fill in our online custom order form. The questions will guide you through all the information we need to get started with your bespoke design.

2: Design direction

We’ll provide some designs for you to consider as 2D mocks.  We’ll take into account any colours you’ve requested and design ideas you have shared… and we may throw in some of our own ideas to make sure you’ve considered all the options.

3: Final design

We’ll work with you to finalise the exact design to meet your needs and provide you with a high quality PDF of the design to ensure you are happy before production starts. You can then select your sizes and collate your order.

4: Bulk orders

If you are placing a bulk order with us, once you know all the sizes you require simply send us an email with the details: hello@loones.co.uk.

5: Payment & production

We will provide an invoice for payment and production approvals for final sign off. Once these are sorted your order will join the production queue.  At this stage we will be able to confirm your delivery date.

Production takes 4-5 weeks.  Once the order is completed it is shipped from Canada direct to us where we will check and package your Loones as required.  We ship all our custom orders using a next day courier service to any UK address.
