Returns & Replacements

RETAIL STOCK ITEMS

If you change your mind about your items, or you have ordered the wrong size, tell us within 28 days of delivery. We will process a return or exchange provided they are sent to us in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging. We will refund to your original payment method.

  • Please call or email to alert us before posting and to request a returns form.

  • Please include your delivery note in your parcel telling us why you have returned the item.

  • We reserve the right to refuse the return or to reduce the refunded amount by up to 100% if the product is returned in less than perfect condition - so don’t handle them more than you would if you were inspecting in a shop for example.

  • Return postage is via Royal Mail returns. Please follow the instructions on your order confirmation email or tracking email. Returning your order is the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept responsibility for lost items.

  • For faulty items, we will inspect upon receipt and decide how best to proceed (replace, repair or refund).

BESPOKE AND CUSTOM ITEMS

  • Our customised Loones are made to your order and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Confirmed orders may not be cancelled for made-to-order items and we do not process returns or exchanges for obvious reasons.

  • Should your items be factory damaged or faulty you need to tell us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right.
